Our Classes

Pom

Pom dance is the fastest growing dance style in the cheer-dance world. It’s fast and energetic, incorporating sharp and powerful motions with dynamic dance elements such as kicks, jumps and turns. Visuals are created in routines using poms!

Lyrical

Built on foundations of ballet and contemporary, lyrical dance is full of emotion and feeling. Incorporating fluid body movements and dance skills, lyrical allows the dancer to connect and express their emotions.

Jazz

Jazz is a highly stylised dance style and incorporates strong, powerful movements with clean lines and dance skills such as kicks, leaps and turns.
